2026/2027 CLUB DUES: $845
The Pre-Academy League is a U11/U12 league that was founded as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization in 2025 and is operated by the six largest and most competitive clubs in Eastern Washington – Three Rivers Soccer Club, Central Washington Sounders (Yakima), Spokane Shadow, Spokane Surf, Coeur D’Alene Sting, and Wenatchee FC.
The motive for the league formation was to have our “A” teams at U11 and U12 play against other club’s top teams so that they can prepare technically and tactically for their U13 year, when those clubs’ “A” teams start playing in nationwide platforms (ECNL and ECNL-RL for us), while also eliminating travel to Western Washington/Western Oregon for young players. 3RSC is the only club in Southeastern Washington to participate in this league that allows us to play and develop against the top talent in Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho.
