The Regional Club League (RCL), is the highest level of youth soccer competition offered by Washington Youth Soccer. We are the only club in Southeastern Washington that qualifies to play in this league. Comprised of the top 20 clubs in Washington, the RCL has strict standards of play, development, advancement, and curriculum. RCL club coaching staff and club Directors must meet the criteria of licensing and experience to maintain status in the league. To remain in good standing, teams from RCL clubs also must maintain a certain standard of success in league and State Cup competitions.
RCL coaches for 3RSC are compensated, professional staff with soccer coaching licenses and certifications.
RCL teams will travel to 2-3 tournaments, and participate in WYS State Cup, which would add 4-7 games, depending on performance.
Our U13-U14 Girls “A” teams compete in the RCL (and also ECNL-RL). Depending on strength/depth of a particular age group, sometimes our “B” or even “C” teams participate in the RCL at U13 and older for both boys and girls.
This level of play is available for U13-U19.
