Our most competitive teams play in the Regional Club League (RCL), the highest level of youth soccer competition in the State of Washington.
Comprised of the top 18 clubs in Washington, the RCL has strict standards of play, development, advancement, and curriculum. RCL club coaching staff and club Directors must meet the criteria of licensing and experience to maintain status in the league. To remain in good standing, teams from RCL clubs also must maintain a certain standard of success in league and State Cup competitions.
RCL coaches for 3RSC are compensated, professional staff with soccer coaching licenses and certifications.
Depending on the age group, teams will play 14-22 league games (half home, half away) throughout the year, travel to 2-3 tournaments, and participate in WYS State Cup, which would add 4-7 games, depending on performance.
More collegiate players come from the RCL than any other league in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho, including over 180 from 3RSC since the RCL’s inception in 2010.
This level of play is available for U13-U19. Starting in 2022-2023, Boys RCL A team players will also participate in the Elite Clubs National League Regional Division (ECNL-R) and Girls players can participate in the Development Player League (DPL)
