2025/2026 CLUB DUES: $995
The Regional Club League (RCL), is the highest level of youth soccer competition offered by Washington Youth Soccer. We are the only club in Southeastern Washington that qualifies to play in this league. Comprised of the top 20 clubs in Washington, the RCL has strict standards of play, development, advancement, and curriculum. RCL club coaching staff and club Directors must meet the criteria of licensing and experience to maintain status in the league. To remain in good standing, teams from RCL clubs also must maintain a certain standard of success in league and State Cup competitions.
RCL coaches for 3RSC are compensated, professional staff with soccer coaching licenses and certifications.
RCL teams will travel to 2-3 tournaments, and participate in WYS State Cup, which would add 3-6 games, depending on performance.
In particularly strong/deep age groups, our U13-U19 ‘B’ teams will participate in the RCL (a state-wide league) instead of the WPL Copa (an Eastern Washington only league).
This level of play is only available for U13-U19.
