District (or WPL) is our second tier of competitive play.
The district program (U11-U18) plays in the Washington Premier League (WPL) Copa or Classic Divisions. Teams from this league come from Eastern and Central Washington, and Northern Idaho.
Teams play 8-10 games in the fall, and 6 games in the spring. For U15 and older, boys will play a single season in the Fall, girls will play a single season in the Spring, due to High School Soccer.
Coaches at the district level receive a stipend (or reduced player fees if a parent coach) beginning in the 2019/2020 season.
This level of play features no overnight stay for league games, and generally less tournaments per year than the Premier (RCL) teams. Most games are on Saturdays, although occasionally Sunday games will be played.
