RCL

Our most competitive teams play in the Regional Club League (RCL), the highest level of youth soccer competition offered by Washington Youth Soccer.  We are the only club in Southeastern Washington that qualifies to play in this league.  For more information about the league, including the list of the top 20 clubs in the state that participate, see this link – https://washingtonyouthsoccer.org/leagues/regional-club-league/

Comprised of the top 20 clubs in Washington, the RCL has strict standards of play, development, advancement, and curriculum. RCL club coaching staff and club Directors must meet the criteria of licensing and experience to maintain status in the league. To remain in good standing, teams from RCL clubs also must maintain a certain standard of success in league and State Cup competitions.

RCL coaches for 3RSC are compensated, professional staff with soccer coaching licenses and certifications.

Depending on the age group, teams will play 14-22 league games (half home, half away) throughout the year, travel to 2-3 tournaments, and participate in WYS State Cup, which would add 4-7 games, depending on performance.

More collegiate players come from the RCL than any other league in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho, including over 200 from 3RSC since the RCL’s inception in 2010.

All of our U13 and older “A” teams compete in the RCL, and depending on the strength of our “B” teams, we may have two teams per age group in the RCL.

This level of play is available for U13-U19.  Boys and Girls RCL “A” team players will also participate in the Elite Clubs National League Regional Division (ECNL-R).
